Welcome to Sage & Stone Creative. I'm Nicki Klein (founder, president, and mom of three girls) and I built this company on one unwavering belief: small businesses and entrepreneurs deserve better support.​
After years in the marketing world, I saw too many passionate business owners stretched thin trying to do everything themselves. I knew there had to be a better way. Sage & Stone was created to offer exactly that. Experienced, thoughtful support across marketing, operations, branding, and coaching, so entrepreneurs and leaders can focus on what they do best.​

Our Leadership Team
I'm Nicki Klein, a dynamic leader with a passion for growth, innovation, and empowering others across a variety of industries. With over a decade of experience, I've driven results in roles like Vice President of Growth at Zebra Athletics, and have worked as a trusted insurance expert in the Twin Cities. I hold a B.A. in History from the University of Minnesota Duluth and bring a balanced, strategic lens to the supporting established organizations and entrepreneurs.

As a former Muay Thai fighter, I approach challenges with focus, resilience, and heart. I'm also a proud mom of a University of Minnesota student and know firsthand what it means to balance personal drive and professional purpose.

I’m Nick Bez, an accomplished marketer and yoga teacher with a passion for guiding others on their journey through growth, personally and professionally. My career path has been shaped by adaptability and a drive for progress, from becoming the youngest store manager in Caribou Coffee's history to establishing myself as a leader in the $106 billion yoga and wellness industry.

I bring a wealth of experience in B2C and B2B sales, business ownership, marketing, and product development, allowing me to see the big picture while understanding the details that matter. I specialize in identifying individual needs, empathizing with clients experiences, crafting tailored solutions, and creating a foundation for lasting growth. Whether it's on the yoga mat or in the boardroom, I’m dedicated to helping people unlock their full potential.
